UX/UI Design for CRM for Photographers

Pixifi is a CRM platform for photographers and creatives, streamlining tasks like bookings, invoicing, and client management.

The Pixifi app faced significant challenges due to its outdated design, numerous UX/UI issues, user requests, and broken user flows. Our task was to conduct a comprehensive UX audit, identify weak points, interview stakeholders and users, and reconstruct and simplify user journeys.

We reimagined and rebuilt the app, addressing the UX/UI issues and user complaints. Through stakeholder and user interviews, we streamlined user flows, enhancing overall usability and ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience. Developing a consistent design system and a modern UI was integral to creating a cohesive interface.
